    • The email address or account ID you use with MagicAiFlow
    • A clear statement that you wish to delete all your personal data

  2. Verify Your Identity
    We’ll reply to that same address to confirm it’s really you. Please respond to our verification email so we can proceed.

  3. Processing Timeframe
    Verified requests will be completed within 30 days. You’ll receive a final confirmation once deletion is done.

  4. Legal Exceptions
    If we’re legally required to retain certain data (e.g. for compliance or fraud prevention), we’ll notify you and explain why it cannot be deleted.
